  • Why don’t you just use the one button install that godaddy provides?

Yes, what wslade said–use 1-click install. But I’m wondering why you used FTP at all. Are you moving a website? As a general rule, FTPing is not a good choice if you are moving a site. There are internal references to the old location that won’t be recognized in the new location. So if you want to move a website, you either need to go into the code and fix all the locations, or use a utility that copies/migrates the site, which includes making these internal changes.

It looks like your FTP program hasn’t uploaded all of the files to your server. I’d download a fresh copy of WordPress, and re-upload everything, and keep an eye out for any errors that your FTP program shows during the process.
