warning: array_filter() expects at most 2 parametrs

Hi, I was trying to set up the plugin for the first time today, and instead of a bar showing, I got this warning:

Warning: array_filter() expects at most 2 parameters, 3 given in .../fitventure/wp-content/plugins/gdpr/public/class-gdpr-public.php on line 289

Having looked at the code, it’s the function is_consent_needed() that’s causing this.
