• Here is the warning in it’s entirety. I’m obviously new to this thing but after a week of setting it up this seems to be the biggest problem left to fix. step by step instructions for dummies would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in /home/hanberry/public_html/wp-includes/classes.php on line 324

  • Have you tried switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

    I’ve switched themes many times.
Not sure which one is the ‘default’ theme
Does this mean no one actually knows what this means or where to go to fix it?

what version of WP are you using?

if it’s version 2.9.x the default theme is ‘Default’

if it’s version 3.0 the default theme is 2010

@esmi is trying to help you. when something flakes out with WP, there is a process to go through that fixes 95% of most problems. Switching themes many times doesn’t help anyone. Switching to the default theme is often the first step in fixing the problem

I was switching themes to see which one i like the looks of
the most. I get the same problem w/ whichever one I use
I will try the 2010 and see if that does anything but I really
don’t know what I’m suppose to do. What is this process you speak of? I am not trying to be obstinate only exposing my ignorance. It is my first WP is all. thanks for your help

    I’m using 3.0 btw

In the past that error that was caused by a cache plugin. If you are using one disable it and see. If not, then disable all plugins and if that fixes it, renable one at a time to see which is causing it.

I switched to the 2010 but the same problem is there. Isn’t the warning telling us something like where to look?

woodworking4homestore.com if anyone wants to look at the message for some odd reason
