Warning: Attempt to modify property of non-object ERROR

    Hello,

    I recently tried to Autoupdate my North Theme by Fuelthemes using the Enavto Toolkit and I have tried that before on a different theme and it worked perfectly but this time I noticed that my website got distorted and I received this error

    Warning: Attempt to modify property of non-object in /home/revmagazine/public_html/magazine/genderrevelation/wp-content/themes/north-wp/inc/visualcomposer.php on line 158

    I have activated and deactivated Visual Composer nothing fixes this error. I have contacted the developers and Visual Composer but I thought it wouldn’t harm asking here since I noticed other people having this issue.

  • I had the exact same error after updating North.

    This is how I solved it:
    – deactivate plugin WPBakery Visual Composer
    – delete plugin WPBakery Visual Composer
    – empty cache
    – install & activate WPBakery Visual Composer
