    I re-installed many times and got the same error. please help.

    Hi, those sequence of errors are due to a failed subscriber saving. Please, on the admin side of the plugin, try to create a new subscriber from the Subscribers page and let me know if you get an error or of the subscriber can be created.

    Then, from the Newsletter’s main settings, set the log level to info on the “Advanced tab”, reproduce the error once again and under Help/Logs serveral logging files should be present. The the file “store-nnn.txt” the error reason should be recorded.

    Thanks for your help.

    I was not able to create subscriber. After I entered an email address, it said this subscriber already exists.

    But it was actually not exist and i was unable to create

    Hi, released the version 8.3.8 right now and it should fix the problem. Go to the Dashboard/Updates panel of you blog and use the “check again” so you should see a notice for the new version.

    Deactivate the plugin, install the new version, reactivate it and let me know if the probel disapper.

    Thanks so much. The problem solved. by the way, can you tell me why it happens? I have another website using the 8.3.7 without any issues.

    Yes, of course. On the latest release where we reviewed the code for a security issue, we wrongly removed a global variable and on the first installation (and just at that moment) a couple of table names were built without the database prefix. We failed to detect it on our pre-release tests, unluckily.
