I stalled the plugin, after activation I got below error:

“Warning! Could not update /home/username/public_html/wp-config.php! WPCACHEHOME must be set in config file”

Then I went to config and added “define( ‘WPCACHEHOME’, ‘/home/username/public_html/wp-content/plugins/psn-pagespeed-ninja/’ );”

Yet I’m still seeing the error in my dashboard.

Please how can I solve this?

PageSpeed Ninja plugin doesn’t use WPCACHEHOME constant, so I don’t know how it may be related to the plugin activation. Do you use other caching plugins on your website?

Yes, I use WP Super Cache

Do you have “Caching” disabled in the “Reduce server response time” section of Advanced settings of PageSpeed Ninja? If it is enabled, disable it and save settings, and then update settings of WP Super Cache (maybe it will be sufficient to just deactivate and activate it again).

This is perfect, you are very helpful. It has been solved.
    How it was solved?

As you suggested, I disabled caching in the “Reduce server response time” section of Advanced settings of PageSpeed Ninja. The error goes away.

I re-enabled the cache, the error came back again. Then, deactivated “WP Super Cache”, it disappeared, and re-enabled “WP Super Cache” the error didn’t show again.

    Thank you.
