    Hiya,

    We’re getting reports of a forced redirect to homepage and the following error when some users try to buy tickets.

    Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /www/sites/1a4/b43/www.pythons.org.uk/web/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/Tribe/Commerce/PayPal/Cart/Unmanaged.php on line 112

    I can’t replicate it (and the website and ticket purchase is working fine for me).

    Any help would be gratefully received.

  • Hi there,

    There was an issue with the tickets forms for folks using IE11. This has been fixed, but I suspect this may have been what you were encountering.

    Were you able to resolve this with plugin updates?

    I have received the same error message cited above by Martin. I am testing Events Ticket in my staging site before adding to production site.
