    Hi @aardvarkgirl,
Your question was already resolved here, please check this link ??

About this problem, I would suggest you to contact your hosting provider and ask them about why you got the warning:

WARNING: Database error Cannot load from mysql.proc. The table is probably corrupted for query SHOW PROCEDURE STATUS

    Hope that helps ??

I did share that article with my host provider, and like the person in the other thread, the hosting company said since I am on a shared hosting account that the changes the article suggests can not be made.

So I’m wondering what WordPress users on shared hosting accounts are supposed to do to fix the error?

Sorry, this problem cannot be resolved without a server change.

Btw, I don’t think you using a good hosting provider, they seem like didn’t want to fix THEY problem. So I would suggest you change to another one. There are many good hoster out there with free website transfer service

    Plugin Author –

I’m using InMotion Hosting. Many people use shared hosting environments such as InMotion, HostGator, etc. for their WordPress websites. And the answer with them, I’m pretty confident (from experience), is going to be the same.

Can you recommend a SHARED HOSTING provider that will do these sorts of fixes?

Sorry I cannot tell about it in here.
But I suggest you ask them for a test drive so you can install a fresh WordPress site on their hosting, try to do a backup and see the result ??
    Hope that helps!
