  • Installed Stream and see this warning when going to Stream Records:

    Warning: Declaration of Carbon\Carbon::setTime($hour, $minute, $second = 0) should be compatible with DateTime::setTime($hour, $minute, $second = NULL, $microseconds = NULL)

    Using PHP 7.1.5

  • I saw the same problem with PHP 7.1.5 when using MAMP Pro. I was able to back PHP back to 7.0.22 and the bug was resolved.
