I am having the same issue. Reviewing the changelog, I discovered this:

1.13.0

Remove ‘enabled’ checkbox in TRS methods within shipping zones in favor of the Woocommerce built-in way to manage shipping methods active status.

I believe that WooCommerce has changed the way they handle these alternate shipping method plugins, and unless we upgrade to the latest version of Tree Table, we’re going to get this error. Upgrade requires paying the $39 fee to get automatic updates.

It appears that someone else has taken over the plugin and there is a $39 annual maintenance fee. I paid this and manually installed the downloaded plugin files I got in an email to my Tree Table Plugin Directory, and it took care of the issue.

I don’t think the plugin is taken over yet. They seem to be 2 separate plugins.

There is no mention or announcement anywhere stating this plugin has been taken over.

I have just renewed by licence on the direct site from my admin and I now need to resolve the issue of the warnings, as below:

I have also contacted Table Rate Shipping.com and hope that they will get in touch – can anybody help me with this issue as orders have stopped due this warning on the front end in ‘view basket’

I have asked for a refund from Paddle.com and it has been agreed. I now need to look for a resolution to the Warning on the basket page

I have received my refund and have also heard from Tree Table Rate Shipping plugin is a completely different plugin and I would lose all my settings of installing their latest version.

Can anybody help in sorting this problem out – the Warning still shows on the front end of my site and is affecting orders.

As far as I know, Mangohour company has shut down. I will check on this & try to provide a fix for the issue.

The option to calculate shipping is missing on the View Basket – I do have ‘calculate shipping on basket page’ selected in settings.

When you go to checkout and add address,country, postcode the shipping is added to the total.
I really need customers to calculate shipping on the basket page which is how it used to be.
