Warning: define() expects at least 2 parameters…?

    Okay, so I’ve installed WordPress a few times, but I’ve never run into this error:

    Also when I try to login to the dashboard this is what I get:

    I am very confused and one thing that I thought may have caused the issues, is that I created a folder in the website public html called “blog” and installed the files directly into this folder(did not install folder entitled “wordpress-2.9.2/wordpress/”). Of course I was trying to clean up the URL and that’s how my other sites are…?

    Oh please help! I’m confused AND thank you, thank you!!!

  • I just checked and I don’t see any error messages on either the front page or before the wp-admin login.
