Warning: Download tracker does not work for relative links

Hopefully this tip will save you some frustration. I had recently followed best practices and converted all the links in my site to relative ones (as well as a switch to HTTPS everywhere). Unfortunately, this plugin does not register downloads for links having relative URLs. This doesn’t seem to be documented on their site and when I sent them a message asking about it, all I got was a message saying they wouldn’t talk to me unless I was a premium subscriber.

Now I lost a couple months’ worth of download data and a few hours of my life I’ll never get back.

Seems like a gaping hole in an otherwise great plugin.
