Warning Error After Installing then Activating Most Plugins

Hi Guys, Lately I have been receiving the Warning error message below after installing just about any plugin. After installation is complete, once I hit activate, thats when the warning error message comes up. Today I installed the P3 Profiler Plugin and got the warning error message below after I hit the activate button. All the plugins I’ve installed works and have not been affected by this, but I’m curious to know why am I getting this warning message all time. Would really appreciate you guys help. Thanks
