Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet

  • Hello,

    I’m having a problem with Font-awsome icons in my project.

    When I use a Font Awesome Field, my page takes a very long time to load, and shows a long warning message beginning with “Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet…”.
    At the same time, I noticed on the back-office that the list of icons takes also a long time to load itself.

    Is there something I can do to solve this ?

    Hmm, I haven’t seen this issue come up for any other users. I wonder if it is something specific to your hosting environment.

    Are you able to talk with your hosting provider to see that you are on an up to date version of MySQL? Googling for that error code suggests that this might also be able to be fixed with some changes to the MySQL configuration which they may also be able to assist you with.

    Please post back with your findings, this information may be helpful in the future if anyone else has this issue.
