Warning: failed to open stream: No such file or

Hello support

I tried to delete the plugin, as it isn’t activated or used, since the plugin was pre-installed when Enfold theme was installed. After deleting the plugin this message is appearing in the top of the page and I can no longer enter the admin area.

1) I have tried to clean cache in browser also in incognito, but no change
