Warning: filemtime(): stat failed

I had this problem as well. In my case I am changing the filename by get_attached_file-Filter, but the plugin disables these filters.

You can modify the code in emr_get_modified_date to:

$current_file = get_attached_file($id);

(instead of:)

$current_file = get_attached_file($id, true);

Is this fix used in the latest release?

No, but I will test it now and include it in the next release.
