Warning for duplicates

There is no doubt, Redirection is well coded wordpress plugin ever and i am using with all of my wordpress powered website.
But it has lack of feature that needed most.
1. When we add source URL plugin does not offers you any warning or message, in case the same source URL already had used for redirection.
How can we accomplish it to enable warning?
2. Had 100’s of URL in a group called ‘group 1’ Due to some reasons, i have planned to switch those URLs to another group called “group 2” or assign to new group, how can we do it?
