Warning from Feedzy About Cron

Hi,
I have disabled WordPress native cron and enabled manual cron with a cron job running every thirty minutes. It’s supposed to make the website use less resources and work faster.

Having said that, since doing it, Feedzy has given me this warning:
WP Cron is disabled. Your feeds would not get updated. Please contact your hosting provider or system administrator.

Will it still run but only if I run it manually? Thanks in advance.
