    Hello,

    I use Madrillapp but with wysiga it doesn’t work
    test send in wysiga not work. (and in plugin mandrill it’s ok)
    can you help me ?

  • Hello there,

    This is simply because Wysija use the SMTP protocol to send emails with Mandrill. And your host is blocking the port 587

    Mandrill’s plugin is using the restAPI which use a different protocol running on port 80 impossible to block or another unblocked port.

    Basically get in touch with your host and ask them to unblock this port.
