For several days now, a new field has appeared above my form with a name that changes every time the page is refreshed: Update, Notify, Contact or Newsletter.

This encourages my readers to give their email addresses to hackers.

The real form is below and remains normal.

I thought it was a bug, but after hours of searching through the many settings of the plugin, nothing matched.

And all the forms I try to create have this shape on top, impossible to erase.

You can’t see it on the editor, but the hacked field appears when you preview the form.

Unfortunately, after numerous contacts with the support, they are unable to say where it comes from.

This is certainly a new way for scammers to collect email addresses using this hacked plugin.

So if your plugin has been hacked, it is best to remove the form, save your email list and delete the plugin before it affects your users!

Here is a photo of this pirate field, which changes its name every time the page is refreshed.

Either newsletter, as in the photo, or Update, Notify, Contact.

    Hello Amimul Ihsan Mahdi,

I am using the latest version (5.2.12), I always update the plugins on the same day and since I noticed the problem, I have sent 6 messages to your support service who told me that they did not know where the problem was coming from.

There is a very big problem with the support!

As the support team did not know the origin of the problem, I spent hours searching for the cause in the settings, even though I already have a lot of work, without finding a solution.

I clear the cache every day, and now I have just cleared the CSS and JS cache and the problem is still there!

Is your message just to reassure users?

Hope you’ll find a solution to resolve this problem!

I don’t know if it was a malicious act on their part or because their account was hacked, but after this message and a negative comment, someone tried to withdraw 129 USD for Fluent CRM Pro from my bank account.

I already renewed my license at the beginning of the month, why this attempted theft???

Fortunately, my card is frozen when I’m not using it and the theft failed!

I advise everyone to buy the WordPress plugins with a secure internet bank like me, which allows you to create digital credit cards that can be frozen.
