    Hi,

may I know from which version you have upgraded?

To solve this, go to your database, wp_options table and search for “seopress_titles_option_name”.

    Delete this record.

Now go to back to your WP admin, activate the plugins and redo the Titles & metas configuration.

    Backup your database first!

    Thanks Benjamin
    It is the 3.9.2 version.
Sorry, I forgot to tell you that that I’ve got this same issue with the plugin activation on a fresh website.

I don’t know if this can help you but; I don’t have this problem on my other host, but only on the second one (o2switch that you probably know).

our next update will add additional checks to avoid this kind of error.

Can you confirm the problem is now solved so I can mark the topic “resolved”?

    Hi Benjamin,

    Sorry, not solved for me.
I can’t install SEOPress on my new fresh WordPress install. I’ve got the same issue.
What can I do for that ?
    Thanks

To solve this, go to your database, wp_options table and search for “seopress_” with a “like”.

Delete all option names starting by “seopress_”.

    Backup your DB first.
