When I enable debugging I’ve got notice that say “Warning: is_readable(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/includes/fbwpml.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/hostingin.id/:/tmp/) in /var/www/vhosts/hostingin.id/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/facebook-for-woocommerce/includes/Integrations/Integrations.php on line 61

    How to fix this error?
    Please help.

    Thank you.

    Hi, @ikrimabaskoro!

Can you please clarify some things for us?

First, can you let us know where you enabled debugging? Was it in the Facebook integration settings?

Second, where are you seeing the warning? You can share a screenshot with us using https://snipboard.io/

Finally, at least for now, can you please share a copy of your System Status Report with us? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if you’re still having the issue
