    Hi @procarmanuals

Hope you are doing well. I just checked your shared issue.

From your shared error message I am assuming that this may caused for the Font supported/loading related issue. And using the PDF file on your shared URL we tried on our end and found the issue.

We already forwarded this issue to our Dev Team. They are working on this. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow us time.

    Thanks!

    Hi @procarmanuals ,
Greetings. Thanks for allowing us some time.

The TranslateFont error warning message is related to the Mozilla PDF.js library. They do not support the font. This is a known issue with the PDF.js library that has not yet been resolved. You can view the related discussion on GitHub here: https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/issues/13909.

In the meantime, we recommend utilizing the EmbedPress Document widget or EmbedPress widget for the translateFont error. You can follow this link for guidance: https://d.pr/v/51CvlI. Please let us know how it goes.

We will continue to work on improving the PDF library and will keep you updated on any developments.

    Best regards,

What’s the difference if you use a pdf or a document?

    Hi @procarmanuals ,

The PDF Widget is tailored specifically for embedding and displaying PDF files. It allows users to view PDFs directly on a webpage, featuring controls for zooming, scrolling, and pagination, thus providing an optimized experience for PDF content.

Conversely, the Document Widget is designed to support a variety of document types, including PDFs, Word documents, and Google Docs. It offers flexible display options and functionalities for different file formats, enabling users to view or download multiple types of documents within a single interface.

Hope this will help you out.
    Thanks,
