I see a warning when I use customize on a new client’s existing WP site.

Warning: A non-numeric value encountered in /homepages/28/d559316478/htdocs/clickandbuilds/********/wp-content/themes/origami/inc/settings/settings.php on line 418

The site and customize seem to work just fine. Any thoughts on how to address the warning?

    Thanks!

  • Hi AWWD,

This warning will be fixed in a theme update shortly this week.

    Kind regards,
    Alex

I was wondering if there was any news on the theme update? I’ve been checking and haven’t seen anything yet.
    Thanks so much!

Hi, thanks for following up. Version 1.8 was released on the 21st of January. Perhaps head over to Appearance > Themes and check which version you’re currently using.

Oh. Maybe I asked this question in the wrong forum. My client has Origami Premium and the version is 2.7.2.

Sure, no problem. Origami Premium was discontinued around 2016. Ajax Comments and Footer Attribution are the only two settings that were moved into our SiteOrigin Premium, the rest of the premium theme settings are in the free version. You can optionally migrate to the free version by switching to any other theme, deleting Origami, and then installing Origami from Appearance > Themes > Add New. Use the search field in the top right to search for Origami.

    Done. Problem solved too.
    Thanks very much!

Thanks for the follow-up. We’re glad to hear the issue is resolved. All the best.
