Warning Message that couldnt be understood how to recover from it

I am using the hierarchical-documentation plugin only to see a page full of warning messages. It demands to alter the tables(event_speakers, venues) by suggesting us with sql queries. And no data is viewed but only warning messages. i need help. This is the thing i get upon selecting any of the menus that are in the sidebar.
