Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare()

These are warnings and although undesirable, can be ignored. They occur only on the initial entry. If an error message occurs, it can’t be ignored.

Explanation
With WordPress 3.5, wpdb prepare statements require two parameters: the SQL statement and the first argument. When the first objtracker administrator enters the plugin, all of the database components are added including MySQL stored procedures. These stored procedures do not require a first parameter.

A pending update will resolve this problem.
