• The only way to fully test the plugin is to purchase the Premium version. After discovering it will not do what you want, you’re stuck. WPSuperiors does not issue refunds under any circumstances. Customer Support was extremely rude in their response to my refund request. The plugin “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce” by ThemeHigh ended up being able to do everything I wanted, and their support was super-responsive in addressing an issue I had encountered.

    We understand your frustration.
    As per your case details, we came to know you are expecting a feature (additional fees based on Shipping) that is not available at the plugin, in fact, we haven’t mentioned or advertised, or promised this feature. Based on that the support guy denies the refund.
    In fact payment gateway, through which you paid to us, also deny your refund request.
    We hope you understand the circumstances.

    Besides that, the plugin “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce” by ThemeHigh is not the same plugin as WooCommerce Additional Fees On Checkout. Both are different.
