    I have received the following messages as I tried to access my user list. I had just logged in and don’t know why I got the messages. Everything worked fine a couple of hours ago.

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/content/88/11527188/html/oea308.org/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/_inc/lib/tracks/client.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_3/lib/php’) in /home/content/88/11527188/html/oea308.org/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack-tracks.php on line 6

    Access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, and manually delete the /jetpack/ directory there.

    Then, reinstall Jetpack from Plugins > Add New in your site’s Dashboard.

    I have this same issue but deleting through FTP and reinstalling is not helping. Any thoughts?
