Warning: require(wp-blog-header.php)

    Website functioning fine last evening. Site is:
    personalrealestateinvestormag.com

    This morning receive this error:

    Warning: require(wp-blog-header.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/02/10089602/html/index.php on line 15

    GoDaddy said it was likely because we had not yet updated to 3.5.1. So I updated, but still am getting the error. No changes have been made to the files or database between the time it was working and then not working. Saw posts from 4 years ago about editing the index.php file and tried that, but it didn’t work so changed it back.

    Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
