    Hello! I can’t create backup because at a certain point it stops and the status shows “warning”.

    In case you don’t have an access to your dashboard, you can download it using FTP client. All the backups and related stuff (e.g. log files) have been located in “/wp-content/uploads/backup-guard/” directory.

    However, I think I have partially solved the problem: the log told me that /uploads/index.php was not readable. I have given permission 644 and now the backup does not detect any warning, only that I cannot download it: if I click on download nothing happens.

    Thanks for the update.

    We are glad you have figured that out.

    As for the issue with downloading the backup.
    May we ask you to navigate to the Settings section of the plugin and change the Download Mode into ”Via PHP”, Save the Changes and try to download the backup again?
