    Which means there is no way for a user to submit a ticket themselves.

    Plugin is certainly not worth any money

    Hmmm, I am sorry to say that you have probably not tested the plugin completely.

    It is possible to submit tickets in the free release :
    – through the admin side for registered users
    – through the shared guest feature in the admin side for unregistered users

    This is written clearly on the plugin description page and you are welcome to verify it ??

    What is the “shared guest feature” in the admin side?

    Could you give some clear instruction on how I can see what the person submitting the ticket sees? (our site visitor, not an admin on the site).

    Would I have to buy the plugin to see what the visitor sees?

    If you want to use one of the features mentionned above, you can see them in the free release.

    The shared guest feature is a feature where you’ll create a user that will be dedicated to WATS. Then your visitors will log into the system with this user and submit tickets. They will only see the ticket submission page in the admin side.
