Warning to not update to latest release

Just updated the plugin and my website is crashed. I can not even get in to admin panel to disable this plugin the website is 100% crashed. I have other websites on the same server they are all up and running. Also you must know coding to make their plugin work it will take some time and their support is less then helpful. I did get this plugin working after many hours originally but it looked clanky. The problem NOW the last update has a major flaw my site is down and unaccessible admin login not good.
