Warning: Uploads directory does not exist

The website where I experiencing this error is https://www.friendsofthenysmilitarymuseum.com
So when I go into my photo album plugin I see this message:
“Warning: fopen(D:\Hosting\12164303\html/wp-content/wppa-depot/admin/error.log) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\Hosting\12164303\html\wp-content\plugins\wp-photo-album-plus\wppa-utils.php on line 1219” (this is repeated about five times on the page)
As well as:
Unexpected error: Directory is not writable: D:\Hosting\12164303\html/wp-content/uploads
Please de-activate and re-activate the plugin. If this problem persists, ask your administrator.
Warning:The uploads directory does not exist or is not writable by the server. Please make sure that D:\Hosting\12164303\html/wp-content/uploads/wppa is writeable by the server.
I deactivated and activated it as suggested and this error message won’t go away. I tried uploading some photos to a new album and they won’t upload. I just uploaded some photos a couple weeks ago and everything was fine.
