Warning when accessing content on a localhost

  • On a local host install, I removed a few items from the primary navigation menu & also deactivated 2 widgets from the side bar.
    Then I noticed the following warning message when I access some of the content.

    Warning: Illegal string offset ‘date’ in C:\xampp\apps\ip1help\htdocs\wp-content\themes\supportdesk\content-meta.php on line 4

    Warning: Illegal string offset ‘author’ in C:\xampp\apps\ip1help\htdocs\wp-content\themes\supportdesk\content-meta.php on line 4

    Warning: Illegal string offset ‘category’ in C:\xampp\apps\ip1help\htdocs\wp-content\themes\supportdesk\content-meta.php on line 4

    Warning: Illegal string offset ‘comments’ in C:\xampp\apps\ip1help\htdocs\wp-content\themes\supportdesk\content-meta.php on line 4

    I dont know what the warning relates to? Any ideas anyone??
