warning when smtp auth false without credentials

    Even though we set “SMTP Authentication” in options to false, there is still a warning message: “SMTP Mailer plugin cannot send email until you enter your credentials in the settings.”

    We want to relay to host via TLS without SMTP credentials.

    Warning should be triggered when there is missing credentials with SMTP Auth being set to true. Not to false!
