Warnings appearing and blocking saving since Contact Form 7 installation

    I am needing to redo most of my site after a shoddy web designer corrupted it. I recently installed the Contact-Form-7 plug in to replace Gravity Forms and have since received multiple errors as below…..

    Any suggestions?
