Good piece of software!

  • Love this plugin!! Really its pretty functional for a freebie. Only reason I did not give a 5 star review is because i had to contact support to get a key, the plugin, and installation instructions for an addon to Ucare I purchased. Guy on the support site was very helpful, but i do hope they improve their instructions, and their emails in the future lol.

    Regarding the comment about tracking down support being a nightmare, I just wanted to mention that there’s a link to Support right from the main nav on the site.
    Support – Open Support Ticket which takes you directly to our support system. There’s an item in the list of products for uCare.
