Was Hoping For Something Simple

I was hoping for something simple, like create folders and then drag and drop into the folders. This is not it. It looks like the organization is via changing the URL for each picture. But the instructions are sparse.
There is also settings with information that says ‘Select the tables which you want the images url to be replaced into’. I cannot figure out how to use it.
It might be useful for someone with a lot stronger background in php than I have.
