    Hi Niloy,

Loving your plugin. Unfortunately, with yesterday’s 3.0 update of WooCommerce your plugin stops working for me. Thumbnails are showing the same as without your plugin. WooCommerce are now using a different lightbox, I can imagine that’s part of the issue.

Looking forward to a fix and hopefully using your plugin again soon.

    Many thanks

    PS:
I’m using your plugin version 1.1.6

  • Hello Niloy,

    Thank You very much,

The 1.1.8 update and the new setting configuration did the trick for me !

    WPGS Options > Woocommerce 3.0 + Fix > Choose Yes > Save

    Perfect !

    Hello Niloy,

I found your plugin and I was really enthusiastic. Now I’m testing with the latest (free) version of your plugin and version 3.0.4 of woo commerce.
If I select the fix option, the product image isn’t replaced but an additional one is added.
Also there is a small image underneath the thumbnail, which isn’t seen on the demo site ( which looks super btw)
Unfortunately is isn’t possible to select the vertical thumbnails as well.

If I deselect the fix, the image is replaced but still there is a additional picture beneath the thumbnail. Also the images aren’t opened in a lightbox or in the normal frame.

PLease advice, if it is going to look like the demo site (even with the current version of woocommerce) I’d love to buy your pro version of the plugin.

Hope to hear from you soon.

    with kind regards,

    Aad

Aw nuts. Now I’ll have to redact all of Niloy’s posts…

    @paraad

how can I send you the login details without being available to anyone.

You don’t and if the author @im_niloy takes you up on that then he risks getting into real trouble here. Do not provide the author login access to your site.

@im_niloy I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Forum_Welcome#The_Bad_Stuff

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
