Was perfect, WP update broke it with no bug fix

  • Since a while now (WP 5.5 update), this plugin doesn’t work anymore. Word count stays on 0 for all pages and post types.

  • We are experiencing the same issue with the Word Count staying at 0.

    We’ve updated our site with the following and still is an issue:

    • WordPress v5.5.1
    • ACF Pro v5.9.1
    • Yoast SEO v14.9
    • ACF Content Analysis for Yoast SEO v2.7

    Adding myself to this thread for updates.
