Was the Quest theme discontinued?

  • I bought the Quest Plus this year (2 or 3 months ago) after using the free version for two years, but I didn’t realize the last plugin update date also the user support before buying. I saw here a lot of topics with no response from the developer! :/

    I have just installed the theme (quest-plus.1.5.4) on a server (WordPress 4.9.6), and I have a lot of problems, as:
    – This theme recommends the following plugin: Revolution Slider. But the source is offline (https://pacethemes.com/wp-content/uploads/revslider.zip) and it’s impossible to download and to install.
    – Site builder is not working.
    – Layout manager does not show the samples.
    – Slider settings are not working.
    – There are so many errors about a lot of files missing that are accessed online in the external source (offline).

    Was the Quest theme discontinued? :/

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
