    Hi,

    Please clear the website cache first to be sure that it is loading all the updated scripts.

    If clearing the cache doesn’t fixes the issue please indicate the address of the page that contains the booking form.

    I have the same problem.
    Clearing the browser cache solves the problem for me, but it is a nightmare to explain this to every user of our website, especially mobile users.
    This should be resolved by renaming files in the backend as soon as possible and not by explaining users how to clear their cache.

    Hi,

    It’s not the browser cache but the website cache the one that must be cleared. I mean if you are using some cache plugin or CDN to generate server side cache then clear that cache from the dashboard. End users don’t need to clear the browser cache.

    thank you for your reply.
    In our case broswer caching is activated in the .htaccess file.
    This leads to the problem that I described above.
    Unfortunately there seems not to be a way to force refresh files cached by a browser other than renaming files.
    I can now see the plugin and could see it before clearing the cache by using a private window.
    But other users still cannot see the booking form.

    Changing the “Script load method” to “Direct” did the trick for me.

    For anyone who has the same problem, go to:
    General Settings -> Troubleshoot Area -> Script load method
    and change it to Direct.
