Not updated for quite some time, but still there is no viable replacement for this wonderful plugin. Works no problem with multi-byte characters (I’m using it in a Japanese site: blog.tedama.co.jp).

If you are using JS optimization, make sure to exclude “wp-dtree-30/wp-dtree.min.js”, as WP-d Tree will not like it. I first thought that it wasn’t compatible with the newer versions of WordPress, but it IS.
