• Avoid like the plague. Save your money. Support is non existent. I have now blown over $250AUD on this theme and plugin trying to make it work. Nitesh doesnt answer emails. If you get a random email 6 weeks after you submit a ticket you dont get anything meaningful back.

    Biggest waste of money in my developer career. Appalling service. Disgusting actually seeing that i paid extra for support that isn’t there. I should have stayed on codecanyon.

    Dont be fooled people. You can respond to a negative review in a matter of hours but tickets and emails take weeks if you respond at all?

    I’ve sent you a login to the site twice as requested and still no response.

    I take your feedback and wont attempt to showcase any false things.

    I tracked our email conversation where you want to “search sidebar function on the Parts page”. My apologies for not responding.

    This seems to be a custom requirement rather any issues/bug.

    Also, I’m sure if you would have raised TICKET inside PRO Support then I would have been alerted to respond via my back-end team and this inconvenience that you faced could have been avoided.

    Since you now have highlighted, I’ll try to correspond, understand and if required will cater to your requirement.
