Waste of Money and Time, in my sense criminally

I did buy a license 2018 for evaluation if I could use it in one of my projects.
I payed via paypall and after evaluation (3 month later) I cancled all licenses of products, because they did not fit in my needs.
One year later 2019 all the licenses were renewed and charged automatically, even I cancelled them one year before.
I tried to contact them via email, phone and their ticket system, but I have not get any answer yet and their ticket system does not work.
I can not much say about the product itself but I would not pay any cent to them, except you want waste your money, time and have a lot of troubles with them.
By the way I would gave 0 start if this would be possible.
