Waste of time!

  • Took a long time first time around – got to 100% and then gave error. Tried a second time and stopped at 85%… Disappointing and a complete waste of time.. ??

    – your media Library is pretty big (10K pictures to optimize) so that it will necessarily take some time to optimize

    I have tried it at least another 15 times and it still says an error each time?? any ideas for me to try to get it to complete properly? Where are the log files stored? are they useful for you to help debug the problem?

    up to 20 times – what is the “web service” it refers to when it gets to 100% and then fails…?
