• Hardly ever backs up to their cloud even though you buy the paid version.

    Then when it tries, you wait an hour and nothing happens?

    Support is not great at all, tried to contact them once or twice and now I just don’t even try anymore, they not helpful at all.

    So why contact them in the first place?
