• Why can’t you write decent documentation – Explain how it works rather than just leaving everything to guess work. This is annoying, the actual portfolio doesnt look that good – if you ever figure it out, and useless documentation. Harsh I know but this just wastes people’s time. P.S. 5 Star reviews of this make me wonder about the credibility of those writing them

Well sir, first of all there is enough documentation and support written for this plugin that made thousands of users been able to get it working. So this leave us wondering what kind of user are you ?

Second thing, you could’ve defied your obvious passive attitude and asked about the documentation instead. Nevertheless, I am really glad to see a living hater that leech and suck from developers hard efforts and community’s free plugins, and does not appreciate 100% non-advertising free plugin that has 1000+ active users.

By the way I am ashamed to even get one star from a person like you, I wish if WordPress bring it down to zero stars to make us both more satisfied.

Now go and find yourself another place to throw your miserable life outcome at.

Oh and remind me master, how many free or even commercial plugins have you developed for our beloved WordPress community ? What, zero. That is a shame, then how dare you question our credibility ?

A little harsh, but I would at least make it usable if I did write a plugin.

Actually, thinking about it, as I use WordPress so much finding the right plugin that is reliable and works and is good usually leads on to paid upgrades and an income for the plugin developer. My point about documentation is fair – Why should I download a plugin then spend hours trying to figure it out because you haven’t written sensible documentation. I also wish there was a zero stars option.

I am still wondering, have you read the documentation at the front page of the plugin and not find it useful contrary to 1000+ active users ? Or you just want to keep going ?

By the way I do have more criticism than the two you responded to, which I really do respect because they were true and tangible, and for those affected users I just cannot say anything except go and fix the issue that generated their complaints and apologies to them personally for any inconvenience.

To the author, the review may sound hard,

However, this won’t help too much.

I think the post title has summed it up

    Waste of time

I don’t agree with the title neither but you have to be polite in my opinion. Yeah, bearing in mind that you have spent many hours on your plugin i would say that the title sounds a little bit hard.

    Good luck guys
