• After installing “Please check your current Currency Exchange Rate setting!” error shows up. No matter Currency Exchange Rate setting done but it shows same error.
    After going to forum and search of the problem..I couldn’t find any answer for it.
    Developer answer for the questions very short and unhelpful. The funny thing is he marks every problem solved.
    His goal is to force you buy pro version.
    Why would I buy pro version when the light version doesn’t work?
    To me such a waste of time.
    If the explanation of the use of this plugin was satisfactory, I would consider buying it.
    No thanks.

    Which thread are you referring to where you asked for help? We don’t have a “pro” version of our software. It’s entirely free, and we offer general setup and configuration support for free.

    If you are using some sort of a 3rd party plugin to handle currency conversions or something like that then it’s possible that is causing your problem. In that sort of a case we would need you to submit an order for premium support because that would be outside the scope of our plugin. That is not our goal at all, though. Our goal is to get you up and running and processing payments with PayPal. There’s only so much we can do for free, though.

    If you order premium support and it turns out to be a big in our software we would refund your premium support payment, but that doesn’t sound like it would be the case with your scenario.

    Looking at your activity I don’t even see that you ever submitted a ticket to our support at all..?? Sure wish you would have reached out to us before leaving a 1 star review.
